It consists of an entrance way, a spacious living-room with view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio, 1 double bedroom with a balcony bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, one with shower the second with bath tub and a full equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven, freezer, microwave, American coffee machine). It is to notice that one of the double bedrooms can become a pleasant studio on request, therefore the structure of the apartment is ideal for larger parties (6/8 pax), as well as for smaller parties in a warm and intimate way. The apartment is complete with air conditioning, TV sat, stereo, washing-machine and internet connection (on request). WEEKLY PRICES
€: Booking 30% of the total rate. Security deposit: 300 € at the
arrival returned at the end of your stay. Linen changed once a
week. The rates include : final cleaning, electricity, water,
gas, kitchen and bathroom accessories, taxes. The rates don't
include telephone, cell phone (on request). Animals not allowed. |
