FARM SAN MINIATO : Farm San Miniato ( 12 apartments ):
In the heart of Tuscany, on the hills on the boundary between Florence
and Pisa, in a panoramic and enchanting position, there is the farmholidays
"S.Miniato". The residence is placed at 120 metres above the sea level
and it was built renovating an ancient farm, with also oil press,
cellars, land agent house, and about 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards,
olive groves and fresh small woods that allow long and healthy walks.
The farm holidays S.Miniato, thanks its position, is also a good starting
point to visit famous cultural centres: it's about 35 kilometres from
Florence,70 from Siena, 40 from Pisa, 15 from Vinci, 1.5 from San
Miniato, also Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Arezzo and the Tyrrhenian
coast are easily reachable.
FACILITIES : On the ground floor there are the reception, a big lounge
and one room to show and sell the estate produce: a good wine Chianti,
the extra-virgin olive oil, the olive patθ deriving from our prized
biological cultivation.About 50 metres from the flats there are a
tiled swimming pool and an other one for children, about 14 metres
for 7; it is surrounded by a brick-floor, beach umbrellas and deckchairs
to relax. In the surroundings there is an amusement park for children.
3 kilometres from there you can find the San Miniato golf with nine
holes In the surroundings there is an amusement park for children.
The building is surrounded by well-kept green grass where there is
a nice rural art collection(ancient farm tools). Grill in the open
air with tables, benches and a panoramic terrace with tables ,chairs
and armchairs. 500 metres from the flats, towards San Miniato, a little
grocer's shop and 4 kilometres, in San Miniato Basso, there are supermarkets
well-stocked. On the ground floor there is the reception with a big
lounge and one room to sell the estate produce: good wine Chianti
and the extra-virgin olive oil, deriving from our prized biological
