heart of the historic centre to Florence, nearby to most important
monuments and museums of the city: Old Bridge 100 mts, Cathedral
300 mts, Uffizi Gallery 200 mts, Piazza della Signoria 100 mts. ACCOMODATION: The apartment ( 55 sq. m. ) is composed from two rooms, a bedroom with matrimonial bed or two individual beds and living zone with a large sleep bed sofa. A Kitchen equipped with: Kitchen dishes/utensil provided, (Microwave, American coffee-maker, ecc.) Stereo CD Player, conditioner air, autonomous heating, bathroom with shower bidet and hair dryer. PRICES €: Booking : 30 pct of total rate at the time of booking.
Security deposit : On arrival 300 euro will be returnes around
10:00 am. Chand to guests before leaving. Arrival : Saturdays
from 04.00 pm to 07:00 pm Departure : Saturdayge of the laundry
for the bed and for the bath every week. For more frequent
changes, additional price. The price includes: Taxes, Water,
Electricity, Gas, Conditioned Air or Heating. Final cleaning
of the central apartment for rent is not included : 35,00
