| VILLA ANTICA: Villa for rent 'Antica' ( 9+1 sleeping accommodations
) The villa is situated in a fascinating rural area at 800 mts
on the sea level on the hills of Tuscany in Chianti area near Arezzo.
In the vacation villa you can enjoy the spendid view. It's an ideal
place if you like quiteness and trecking. From the vacation villa
you can reach easily the most important towns of Tuscany and Umbria
(Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi). ACCOMODATION: Villa Rental ' Antica ' in Chianti area near Arezzo ( accommodation 9/10 people ) is consisting of three apartments totally restructured according to the local original features and nicely furnished. One is occupied by owner, the remaining two are. LA LOGGIA : large kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a kid's bedroom, bathroom with shower, sittingroom with eventual extra bed ( accommodation 4+1 people ). IL SECCATOIO : Kitchen, double bedroom, a second double bedroom with balcony in which a single bed is placed, bathroom. ( accommodation 5 people ). WHERE WE ARE: The closest village, Lippiano, is at 5 kms far from home ( 10 mins by car ) and is know for it's ' Medioval Castle in Tuscany ' . The village Monterchi , is at 7 kms ( 15 min drive ) and is known for the famous fresco by Piero della Francesca ' La madonna del parto in Tuscany '. From Pisa . ( A14 Highway ) . Exit in Firenze-Nord, then enter A1 Highway in the direction Sud. Exit in Arezzo. From Roma, enter A1 Highway in the direction Nord. After 2 hours exit in Arezzo. From Bologna enter A1 Highway in the direction Sud. After 2 hours exit in Arezzo. From Arezzo follow the signs towards Sansepolcro and after Monterchi. After 50 mins by car you can reach the Farmhouse ' Villa Antica '. SERVICES: The swimming pool ( 6 x 12 mts ) is situated in a panoramic positionand it is available for our guests. The closest village, Lippiano, is at 5 kms ( 10 mins by car ). Here there you find the bar, the post office, the doctor, a pharmacy and some food shops. The village Monterchi, at 7 kms ( 15 min drive ) has all type of shops . At Monterchi, SanSepolcro, Anghiari and Citta' di Castello there are nice street markets. |
