Pietrasanta is a short distance from "Forte dei Marmi" and "Viareggio" (famous for Carnival in January and February), making this a place rich in opportunity for stretch to the sea can be travelled by bicycle in 15 minutes. The splendid madieval cittadel of Pietrasanta, full of art and sculpture (there are many art galleries to visit), and the celebrated "Theater of Versiliana" in the "Marina di Pietrasanta", all render this an extremely gratifying visit.

PROFILE: The Villa is composed of 2 Bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (with shower and bath), livingroom, large kitchen, fireplace. Beautiful gardend (3000 m²).

SERVICES: Confortable outdoor forniture, outside shower, large yard enriched by a forest of Alder threes; the villa can confortably house for 9 people. Villa Pietrasanta has a television, videorecorder, washing machine, dishwasher and bicycles. Pets allowed.

WEEKY PRICES €: The rates of the villa rental include: water - electricity. Kitchen, bed, bath linens ( with weekly change ).The rates of the villa rental don’t include : final cleaning final cleaning (4-8 persons: 13 euros for person / 1-3 persons: 50 euro). Heating: on consumption. Arrival ( between 4 pm - 7 pm ) and departure ( before 10 am ) both on Saturdays. Animals are allowed. Security Deposit 250 euro.
