| THE VILLA: Villa Botticelli (12+1 sleeping accommodations)
originally an old stone barn dating back to the 16/17th century, was
completely restored in 2002 and turned into a beautiful and comfortable
villa. It’s located in hill top position surrounded by olive trees
and vineyards with a 360° view on the magnificent landscape. The villa
is on two floors, furnished with selected style furniture and tasteful
decorations. It has inner walls partly stone-made, beam ceilings and
typical handmade terracotta floor tiles. Situated at 150 m. from Ama,
a small medieval village in the Chianti area between Florence and
Siena, it has a big, sunny "treshing-floor" , typical of the traditional
Tuscan farmlife. Guests can make use of the whole building: the villa,
the swimming-pool, a big garden and parking place. ACCOMMODATION IN THE VILLA: The villa (12+1 sleeping accommodations 220 m2 ). Ground floor: Dining room with 2 sofas, fireplace, stone-made kitchenette-corner with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee-maker, iron and ironing-board, colour satellite TV. Double bedroom with a wrought-iron bed and a bedroom with 2 single wrought-iron beds, 2 bathrooms, one with hydromassage tub and one with shower. First floor: 2 connecting dining rooms with 2 stone-made kitchenette-corners, 2 fireplaces, 2 colour satellite TVs, 2 double bedrooms with a wrought-iron bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single wrought-iron beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. Beds with wood slatted bases and anti-allergic mattresses. Bedrooms with parquet flooring. Outside: Private swimming pool (6x12x1,40-1,60) only for guests with deckchairs, sunbeds, garden umbrellas and barbecue. Small external laundry. WE ARE HERE: The villa is located at 150 m. from Ama, a small medieval village, at 7,5 km. from Radda in Chianti, at 2 km. from Lecchi in Chianti, at 50 km. from Florence and at 25 km. from Siena.
