| VILLA VENTURA: Villa Ventura ( 10/12 beds ) is located
on a hill 600 metres high, 5 km from Città di Castello. To reach the
villa there are 300 meters of a country road in a good state of repair.
The villa is surrounded by a 500 mq garden and faces the valley with
an openwide panoramic view. On the panoramic terrace there is a 6x12
meters swimingpool, a 6x2 meters babypool, toilet and dressing-room.
20 metres by the villa there’s a tennis court. ACCOMMODATION: Inside the villa: ground floor: kitchen with huge fridge, oven, dish-washer, fire-place. Livingroom with satellite-tv. Diningroom for 12 persons. Bathroom with shower. Livingroom with fire-place. First floor: 4 double room and a double sleeping couch, 3 bathroom with shower. WHERE WE ARE: Villa Ventura is located on a hill 600 metres high, 5 km from Città di Castello. Città di Castello is located between Umbria and Tuscany so you can easily reach the most important sites of both regions: 30 minutes from Arezzo, 1 hour30 from Florence, 45 minutes from Perugia, 1 hour from Gubbio, 1 hour 30 from Assisi, 2 hours from Siena and 1 hour 30 from Roma. FACILITIES: On the panoramic terrace there is a 6x12 meters swimingpool, a 6x2 meters babypool, toilet and dressing-room. 20 metres by the villa there’s a tennis court. Laundry is available under payment. Outside the villa there is barbeque and an old wood oven to make pizza or dinners on request. |
